6 Days Uganda adventure holiday and Gorilla safari takes you to Lake Mburo, Bwindi Impenetrable forest and Queen Elizabeth National Parks. This gorilla adventure safari holiday starts and end in Kampala Uganda. You will meet different animals such as hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, kobs, antelopes, water bucks, warthogs Zebras, impalas, giraffes, kobs, antelopes among others in Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth national parks while your safari highlight will be gorilla trekking in Bwindi forest national park with a magical encounter of mountain gorillas

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park- Night Game drive

Meet and greet our professional guide for pick up and transfer to Lake Mburo national park with a short break at the Equator for photography and water experience. Embark on your journey to the whispers o the wild. Check in your hotel for lunch, relax and go for night game drive to look for different wildlife species such as leopard,Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, antelopes, zebras, giraffes and impalas among others Return to the dinner and overnight stay at Rwakobo Rock Lodge

Day 2: Horse riding and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Have breakfast and go for a morning horseback riding in the park, you will come closer to different animals such as Zebras and Impalas. Come back to the lodge for check out and drive towards the south western part of Uganda. Have hot lunch in Kabale and proceed with your journey to Bwindi. This Uganda adventure holiday road trip takes you through banana plantations and steep rolling hills. Check in your booked lodge, relax, have dinner and a night overstay at Gorilla Mist Camp.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking Safari – Community Walk

After breakfast, drive to the park headquarters for briefing on does and don’ts of gorilla trekking activity in Uganda. Later go into the forest under the guidance of the ranger to look for mountain gorillas.  Gorilla trekking takes between 2 to 8hrs depending on the movement of allocated gorilla family. Once you meet the family, you will be stay with the gorillas for 1 hour and trail back to the starting point to pick your certificates. Later drive back to the lodge for lunch and relation before going for a community walk to explore the culture of the surrounding community through music, dance and drama. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Mist Camp.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National through Ishasha Sector

Have your breakfast and drive through Savannah vegetation towards the southern part of Queen Elizabeth national park in Ishasha sector to look for tree climbing lions, elephants, kobs, antelopes, warthogs, waterbucks and other wildlife species. Have lunch and drive to the norther part of the park for relaxation, dinner and overnight at Elephant Hab Lodge

Day 5: Morning game drive and Kazinga Boat cruise

Wake up very early for a morning game drive and drive to Kasenyi track to view different animals. Expect to encounter elephants, antelopes, leopards, water bucks, buffaloes, lions, kobsetc. End your morning game drive with greater sights of some big crater lakes of the region. Later drive to Mweya peninsular for hot lunch and kazinga boat cruise experiences. The channel is home to a number of aquatic animals and bird species such as malachite kingfishers, saddle billed stork, pink backed pelicans, crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants, hippos feeding along the channel. After an amazing boat ride, head back to the Lodge for dinner and overnight at Elephant Hab lodge

Day 6:  Chimpanzee trekking and Departure

Have your breakfast and set off to Kalinzu forest reserve for chimp trekking. You will meet other forest primates and bird species on your adventure trail into the forest. Come back and drive to Kampala with a stopover in Mbarara for Lunch. Later proceed with your journey to the Entebbe international airport to catch up with your flight back home with lots of memories for your Uganda adventure holiday and Gorilla safari.
